The Wildcat Rouler
The official cocktail of Lafayette, LA… Let the Good Times “Rouler!”
Ingredients:
2 oz Sweet Crude Rum
1 oz Lime Juice
1 oz Simple Syrup
4-5 Drops of Bitters
Top with Club Soda
Glass & Ice:
Rocks glass with a scoop of ice
Method:
Shake all ingredients except the club soda in a cocktail shaker, pour over ice and top with club soda.
Garnish:
Lime wheel or wedge
