The Wildcat Brothers Mardi Gras Pelican
A carnival twist on the Tiki classic
Ingredients:
1 ½ oz Fifolet Rum
½ oz Velvet Falernum
1 oz Pressed coconut water
½ oz Pineapple simple syrup colored with Butterfly Pea Flower (for purple color)
Peychaud’s bitters to float (10-15 drops)
Glass & Ice:
Rocks glass with a scoop of ice
Method:
Add all ingredients except for bitters to a shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a rocks glass over crushed ice and float with Peychaud’s bitters.
Garnish:
Pineapple or fresh lime wheel, rim with purple sugar
