Noire Mint Julep

A nod back to the original mint julep recipe that included a shot of rum.

Ingredients:

2 ½ oz Noire Rum
½ oz  Simple Syrup
4 to 5 fresh mint sprigs, leaves only, plus springs for garnish
Cup of crushed ice

Glass & Ice:

Metal Cup - Copper or Silver preferred

Method:

Muddle syrup and mint together then add rum and ice. Stir until properly mixed.

Garnish:

Sprig of mint
