The Wildcat Brothers Hurricane
A natural trist on the traditional New Orleans classic cocktail
Ingredients:
2 oz Sweet Crude light rum (or Zydeco Bold 100proof if you want to go crazy)
2 oz Noire dark rum
1 oz lime juice, freshly squeezed
1 oz orange juice, freshly squeezed
1 oz pomegranate juice
1/2 oz passion fruit puree (or juice)
1/2 oz simple syrup (1 part sugar/1 part water)
Glass & Ice:
Highball or Hurricane glass with a scoop of ice
Method:
Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, pour over ice
Garnish:
Orange half-wheel & cherry
