In honor of our Master distiller we started with the traditional mojito and made it our own.
2 oz Fifolet rum
2 medium size basil leaves
2 teaspoons raw sugar
1oz fresh lime juice
4 oz club soda
Glass & Ice:
Rocks or tumbler half filled with ice after muddling.
Muddle sugar and basil together in a shaker. Add ice, rum and lime juice, and gently shake. Strain into glass and top with soda.
