Lavender “Ruminade”

The perfect “lemonade” refreshment on a long summer night in the Bayou.


Ingredients:

2 oz Noire Rum
2 oz Lavender Simple Syrup
Freshly squeezed juice of two lemons (appx. 3-4 oz)

Glass & Ice:

Highball glass filled with ice

Method:

Shake with a scoop of ice until all ingredients are incorporated. Serve in rocks glass.

Garnish:

Sprig of Lavender
