The second installment in syrup-wizard Alex Saizon's cocktail empire, this clear, coconut, citrus, and almond simple syrup does magical things with our Sweet Crude and Fifolet.
It's made from the same local cane sugar that we use in our rum. One of the best things about this product - besides its incredible taste - is its shelf life of a year once opened...although no bottle has lasted that long at Gator Cove. Boo, this stuff is great!
